# HiveCRM Dashboard

The HiveCRM dashboard is the landing screen you see after opening the plugin, and gives you an at-a-glance summary of your CRM activity.

## How to Open the HiveCRM Dashboard

In your WordPress admin area, go to:

**Hive CRM → Dashboard**

The dashboard is also what loads by default whenever you open the **Hive CRM** menu item.

## Dashboard Layout

### Stats Cards

Along the top, four stat cards summarize your current CRM activity:

- **Total Leads** — the number of leads currently in your pipeline
- **Active Deals** — the number of open deals
- **Open Tickets** — the number of unresolved support tickets
- **Pipeline Revenue** — total estimated value across your active deals

### Recent Leads

The Recent Leads panel lists your five most recently created leads, showing each lead's name, creation date, and lead level (for example New, Contacted, Qualified). Click a lead to open its full record, or click **View all** to go to the Leads list.

### Quick Actions

The Quick Actions panel gives you one-click shortcuts to the most common tasks:

- **Capture New Lead** — add a prospective client
- **Create New Deal** — start a new pipeline opportunity
- **Generate Invoice** — bill a client and collect payment
- **Log Support Ticket** — open a new helpdesk ticket

## Navigating HiveCRM

The left sidebar organizes the rest of HiveCRM into groups:

- **CRM** — Leads, Deals, Clients, Contacts
- **Business** — Invoices, Projects, Tickets, Packages
- **Workflows** — the Workflow Automation builder
- **System** — Trash (recently deleted records) and Settings

**Settings** expands into its own set of groups — Workspace & Core, Sales & Pipelines, Billing & Finance, Workflow & Automation, and Developer & APIs — covering every configurable option in HiveCRM. Each settings screen is documented separately; see the [HiveCRM Overview](hivecrm-overview.md) for a full list of modules.

## What's Next?

Once you're familiar with the dashboard, head to [Installation & Requirements](installation-requirements.md) and [License Activation](license-activation.md) if you haven't completed those yet, then open the documentation for the module you want to configure first — most stores start with Lead Settings and Deal Pipelines.
