EasyCoupon Dashboard #
The EasyCoupon dashboard is the central place to manage the plugin’s coupon features in your WooCommerce store. From the dashboard, you can access the four EasyCoupon modules and open the settings for each feature.
How to Open the EasyCoupon Dashboard #
In your WordPress admin area, go to:
EasyCoupon → Dashboard
The dashboard loads the EasyCoupon settings interface and provides access to the available modules.
EasyCoupon Modules #
The dashboard organizes EasyCoupon into four modules:
Auto Apply Coupon #
Auto Apply Coupon lets you select existing WooCommerce coupons that EasyCoupon should apply automatically when the coupon is valid for the customer’s cart.
Use this module when you want customers to receive an eligible discount without manually entering the coupon code.
Coupon Generator #
Coupon Generator lets you create multiple WooCommerce coupons in bulk.
You can configure the coupon generation options and create a set of coupon codes without creating each coupon individually in WooCommerce.
URL Coupon #
URL Coupon lets you configure WooCommerce coupons so they can be applied through a URL.
The module also provides URL-coupon management from the WooCommerce coupon editor, allowing you to configure the URL behavior for individual coupons.
BOGO Deal #
BOGO Deal lets you create Buy One Get One promotional rules based on products, quantities, and discount settings.
You can use it to define what a customer needs to buy and what product or products they receive as part of the promotion.
Understanding the Dashboard Layout #
The EasyCoupon dashboard presents the modules as separate settings options. Selecting a module opens its corresponding settings interface without requiring you to navigate through multiple WordPress admin pages.
The available module options are:
- Auto Apply Coupon
- Coupon Generator
- URL Coupon
- BOGO Deal
Some modules can have their own active or inactive state. For example, BOGO Deal has a module status control on the dashboard. When a module is inactive, its related functionality is not used on the storefront.
Choosing the Right EasyCoupon Module #
Use the module that matches the type of promotion you want to create:
| Goal | Module |
|---|---|
| Apply an existing coupon automatically | Auto Apply Coupon |
| Create many coupon codes at once | Coupon Generator |
| Apply a coupon through a promotional URL | URL Coupon |
| Create a Buy One Get One promotion | BOGO Deal |
Before You Configure a Module #
Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active before configuring EasyCoupon. EasyCoupon works with WooCommerce’s coupon and cart functionality rather than replacing WooCommerce’s built-in coupon system.
For features that use existing WooCommerce coupons, create or configure the coupon in WooCommerce first, then use the appropriate EasyCoupon module to extend how that coupon is used.
What’s Next? #
Once you understand the dashboard, you can configure the EasyCoupon feature that matches your promotion. Each module has its own settings and workflow, so use the corresponding documentation when you are ready to set up a specific feature.
