HiveCRM connects to outside tools through form capture mapping, Google Workspace, and outbound webhooks.
How to Open Integrations & Webhooks #
Go to Hive CRM → Settings → Integrations & Webhooks. The screen has three tabs: Form Integrations, Google Workspace, and Webhooks & Automation.
Form Integrations #
Capture leads automatically from a WordPress form plugin installed on your site. Map each form field to a CRM field (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone/Mobile, Company/Organization, Notes, Estimated Budget, City, Address, Country), and set a default Lead Source and Lead Level applied to submissions. Toggle a form Active to start capturing its submissions as leads.
Google Workspace #
Connect a Google Cloud OAuth 2.0 client to enable:
- Google Meet Video Meetings — automatically generate 1-click Google Meet links when scheduling appointments or tasks.
- Google Drive Document Sync — sync file attachments with Google Drive.
You’ll need a Client ID, Client Secret, and API Key from Google Cloud Console, with HiveCRM’s callback URL added to your OAuth client’s authorized redirect URIs.
Webhooks & Automation #
Send outbound HTTP requests to external systems whenever a CRM event happens — lead created/updated, deal created/updated, contact created/updated, project created, task created, invoice generated, activity logged, or a wildcard for all events. This is the same mechanism used by Workflow Automation‘s Call Webhook action, but configured here as a standing subscription rather than a one-off workflow step.
For security, HiveCRM validates every outbound webhook URL to block requests to private, loopback, and reserved IP ranges — see HiveCRM Troubleshooting if a webhook to an internal address is unexpectedly rejected.
