This screen configures your service catalog, lifecycle statuses, notifications, and public checkout methods.
How to Open These Settings #
Go to Hive CRM → Settings → Services & Packages. The screen has five tabs: General & Catalog, Package Statuses, Order Workflows, Service Requests, and Public Checkout.
General & Catalog #
Configure catalog-wide numbering and currency settings, and set Default Lifecycle Stage Assignments — the status automatically assigned to new packages, orders, and service requests when none is specified. This tab also controls Automated Customer & Team Notifications for catalog events.

Manage the Package Catalog Lifecycle Statuses packages move through (for example Draft, Active, Retired). Add a status by entering a name and choosing a color, then click Add Status.
Order Workflows #

- Bank / Wire Transfer — manual offline payment with custom instructions and manual order activation.
Each method must also be configured and enabled under Payment Gateways.
