Manage Auto Apply Coupons #

EasyCoupon lets you control which existing WooCommerce coupons are included in the Auto Apply Coupon list. Once a coupon is added, EasyCoupon checks it against the current cart and applies it automatically when the coupon is valid.

Open the Auto Apply Coupon list #

1. In your WordPress dashboard, go to EasyCoupon → Dashboard.
2. Open Auto Apply Coupon.
3. Find the coupon you want to manage.

The table shows useful coupon information, including:

• Code — the WooCommerce coupon code.
• Coupon Type — the discount type configured for the coupon.
• Coupon Amount — the configured discount amount.
• Description — the coupon description.
• Product IDs — products associated with the coupon when applicable.
• Usage/Limit — current usage and configured limits.
• Expiry Date — the coupon expiration date.
• Is Auto Coupon — whether the coupon is currently in the EasyCoupon Auto Apply list.
• Action — available actions for that coupon.

Remove a coupon from Auto Apply #

Removing a coupon from Auto Apply does not delete the WooCommerce coupon.

To remove one coupon:

1. Locate the coupon in the Auto Apply Coupon table.
2. Click Remove from auto apply in the row actions.
3. Confirm the action.
4. Check the Is Auto Coupon column to verify that it is no longer included.

The original WooCommerce coupon remains available in WooCommerce → Coupons and can still be used normally.

Remove multiple coupons at once #

You can remove several coupons with the bulk action controls.

1. Select the coupons you want to remove.
2. Open Bulk actions.
3. Select Remove from auto apply.
4. Click Apply.
5. Confirm the action.

After confirmation, the selected coupons are removed from EasyCoupon’s Auto Apply list.

Edit a coupon’s WooCommerce settings #

The Edit Coupon action opens the existing WooCommerce coupon for editing.

This is useful when you need to change the coupon’s:

• Discount type
• Discount amount
• Expiry date
• Minimum or maximum spend
• Products or categories
• Usage restrictions
• Usage limits
• Free-shipping setting

Changing the WooCommerce coupon settings can change whether the coupon is valid for a particular cart. EasyCoupon checks the coupon’s validity before automatically applying it.

Search for a coupon #

Use the search field above the coupon table to quickly find a specific coupon.

Search is useful when your store contains many WooCommerce coupons and you want to manage a particular code without browsing through every page.

Filter coupons by discount type #

EasyCoupon provides a coupon-type filter for:

• Percentage discount
• Fixed cart discount
• Fixed product discount

Use the filter to narrow the list before adding or removing coupons.

Change the number of coupons shown #

The Auto Apply table supports different per-page values, from 10 through 100 coupons per page.

Choose a larger value when you want to manage more coupons at once.

How EasyCoupon decides whether to apply a coupon #

Being in the Auto Apply list does not mean a coupon is forced onto every cart.

When EasyCoupon processes Auto Apply coupons, it checks each coupon against the current WooCommerce cart. If the coupon is valid and is not already applied, EasyCoupon adds it to the cart.

If the coupon is not valid for the current cart, EasyCoupon does not apply it.

For example, if a coupon requires a minimum spend that the current cart does not meet, the coupon can remain in the Auto Apply list but will not be automatically applied until its conditions are satisfied.

Auto Apply and Force Apply URL Coupons #

EasyCoupon’s URL Coupon feature can use Force Apply to give a URL coupon priority for that request.

When a Force Apply URL coupon is active, EasyCoupon skips the normal Auto Apply processing for that request so the URL coupon can take priority.

Quick management checklist #

When managing Auto Apply coupons, check:

• The coupon is an existing published WooCommerce coupon.
• Is Auto Coupon shows whether it is currently selected for automatic application.
• The coupon’s WooCommerce restrictions and limits are configured correctly.
• The coupon has not expired.
• The current cart meets the coupon’s conditions when automatic application is expected.

EasyCoupon manages the Auto Apply selection; the underlying coupon remains a standard WooCommerce coupon.
