Starters are on the Starters tab when you make a template (Templates) or choose a campaign's content; these designs are for the Visual builder. Recipes are under Automation > Automation recipes (Automation recipes). Pictures are grey placeholders and offers, codes and links are samples: replace them before you send. Starters and recipes that need a shop are listed or usable only where that shop is active.

Trigger of "Complete your payment" #
WooCommerce: an order is still waiting for payment sends one reminder after a customer tried to pay and did not finish.
| Setting | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Minutes to wait before reminding | Wait before checking the order again (5 to 720). Someone who pays meanwhile is never emailed. If the shop's "hold stock" time is not longer than your wait, it is shortened to the hold time minus 5 minutes (never below 5) | 30 |
| Only orders of at least (0 = any) | Ignores small orders | 0 |
| Add customers who are not contacts yet | Makes a transactional contact from the billing details; marketing emails never reach them | On |
The email is transactional and goes to the billing address: a marketing unsubscribe does not block it, but bounced, complained or suppressed addresses never get it. Each order gets one reminder per flow. Cancelled orders, bank transfers on hold and paid orders are never reminded. It can use {{order_pay_url}}, {{order_number}} and {{order_total}}.
