Force Apply URL Coupons #

The Force Apply option makes an EasyCoupon URL Coupon take priority over other coupons already applied to the cart.

Enable Force Apply #

1. Open the WooCommerce coupon you want to use as a URL Coupon.
2. Open the easyCoupon URL Coupon tab.
3. Enable Active Coupon URL.
4. Enable Force Apply.
5. Save or update the coupon.

What happens when the URL is opened? #

When the URL Coupon is processed, EasyCoupon checks the Force Apply setting. If it is enabled, EasyCoupon removes the other coupons currently applied to the cart and then validates and applies the URL Coupon.

This is useful for campaigns where a specific coupon should replace an existing coupon instead of being added alongside it.

Important #

Force Apply does not bypass coupon validation. The URL Coupon must still pass WooCommerce’s normal validity checks before it can be applied.
