Manage connected forms

Go to Audience > Forms and open Connected forms.

Pause, edit, review #

• Pause or resume: use the On switch. Off: "Nobody new is added until you turn it on." If it cannot be turned on, the reason is shown, for example that the consent box field is not named. For people already partway through the flow, see Re-entry and editing a live flow.
• Change what it does: Edit steps opens the flow on the canvas, where you change lists, tags, emails, delays and conditions. See Build your first flow.
• See who came through: opens Runs & Logs filtered to this flow. See Runs & Logs.

Disconnect a form #

1. Open ⋯ and choose Disconnect.
2. In Disconnect ""?, press Disconnect.

New submissions are no longer added. The form itself is not changed, the people already added stay in your audience, and the automation is kept, switched off, under Automation.

Tip: To stop a connection for a while, use the switch. Disconnecting is for good. The same form cannot be connected twice ("This form is already connected.").

If a form plugin is deactivated, the row shows Plugin not found and nothing arrives. If a plugin changes how it sends data, only that connection fails, and the error goes to the log (Settings: Tools). If people send the form but nobody appears, see A connected form does not add people.
